Set A Budget

Before you even start looking for a tile it is best to decide a rough budget you would like to allocate for tiles. This may or may not include installation costs (depending upon your overall budget).  Generally, ceramic tiles cost lower than vitrified tiles. Similarly, most small format tiles cost less than large format tiles.

Do Your Homework

All tiles have a stated usage. While most bedrooms are low traffic zones and you can use almost any tile in them, it is best to research the different tile materials and their usage before you foray into tile buying.

Research tile sizes

The size of the tile you choose will depend upon the size of your room.
